Can you put builder gel over acrylic nails. I use the 100 side of the file to do most of the de-bulking and the 180-side I use to smooth out the scratches while still leaving enough abrasion for a gel topcoat to be able to stick to. The builder gel comes in various colours. Again the gel is referring to the substance and has nothing to do with whether it is laid over plastic tips or applied to your natural nails.
Let it stay under it for 60 seconds. Acrylic nails can pose at risk for infection if incorrectly applied this can lead to damage to the natural nail bed. Be careful not.
I know you may want acrylics. Builder gel is applied by using a gel brush and floating the product onto the nail by starting from the cuticle area and working your way down to the free edge. It can be any shade based on your style preference.
