What takes off acrylic nails. One way to take your acrylic nails off without our acetone is to file them away. Your nails will quickly grow out again once you wash your hands and it wont do anything to damage your nails. Then you rub your hands together and you now have your acrylic nails ready to be removed.
Use either tweezers or a cuticle stick. Take a wooden stick or cuticle pusher and gently scrape the acrylic or gel from your nails off. There are two ways to do this.
